About the Event
Rise and Shine, it’s YOGA time!
Sabrina Merchant is coming to the park to lead a lovely yoga session for 4-8yr olds in the morning sun followed by a fun yoga game for the whole family.
Prity Dal will also be there to lead a babywearing yoga session for parents with babies and toddlers under 2yrs old. Who says you can't exercise with a tiny tot?!
Come geared with your yoga mats and water bottles!
